TOPIC: A look at the future! Corning Glass's story.

Re: A look at the future! Corning Glass's story. 20 Dec 2012 06:59 #93724

They just need to make it more realistic by having things like their kids shoes strewn on the floor in front of the sofa, bowls, plates and glasses hanging off the arms of the sofa (despite the kids being told not to eat or drink there) and a few schoolbags on the floor and coats hanging off chairs. Then it would look just like my house.

Can you believe that??? She has a husband who cooks breakfast!!

Actually, I really like some of the innovations but I also think it looks very sterile.

Interesting! She did buy an 'applique' blouse though. I also noticed that she switched to the other side of the bed in the evening. Who does that in real life? Thanks for posting Lynn.

It looked ultra-high tech and quite sterile to me. Did you notice the 2010 copyright? I'm so glad my kids have an appreciation for quilts, texture and hands-on.

I noticed there was no textile in the video. Does that mean that in the future, we won't have the pleasure of working with our hands?

Sure hope not! But this is an awesome video anyway.

I might as well go to "Everything Else" automatically when I log in. I seem to find the strangest things! And you all appreciate them too! Thanks.
