Michelle, I think it is great that you finished a whole month of quilting in one day! What a birthday treat to yourself. All that time! Just sewing. That's the way to spend a day! Now, maybe I will download the Sedona Star after all,. I didn't like the original colour way, so just didn't bother, but I've been looking at the gallery of show and tell, and really like some of the others. Maybe the same for next year's 2013 BOM - nice pattern, but not my first choice for colours.

And thanks everyone for the birthday wishes and Happy birthday to anyone not saying so, and all the unbirthdays too! Oh, how I remember Lorchen's last BD - not the date so much, (I'll have to look it up, but the online party and virtual birthday card going around and the celebration, and Lois' new pic.

You are expressing your God-given creativity - So sew when you want! And my grandson's BD is on Feb 29th, so he's only had one official birthday so far! (but he's a big as a 4-year-old!)

My birthday tomorrow, and so far being taken out for breakfast by a friend, lunch with two sisters, and supper with my hubby. Not sure how this will work out with my new resolve to lose weight, but maybe I can start the next day. I like cake!! Don't think I'll have time to sew, but very blessed to have so many well-wishers.

Also I dyed a white blouse that I never wore, turned out a medium purple ( I was going for more blue) and it looks so much better on me than it did when it was a white blouse! I will post a pic of the finished quilt when my camera battery is charged up. Kathy
