I finished my quilt top before Thanksgiving but just got my design wall cleared so I could take a picture. I love seeing what everyone has done with the different color schemes. Especially like the black background, it really pops the colors.

slypignc, this is stunning. I don't think I ever considered using black as the background but it is beautiful. It makes your colors just 'pop' out in each section. Excellent and congratulations for finishing it.

Here is my finished Halo top. Finished it on Dec 1. I really enjoyed this journey and felt Sue’s Pattern was excellent. I may do Stars for. new Day next. Thank you Sue for a beautiful quilt. Wish you were still here to see it. I dedicate my version to you.

I didn't run out of focus fabric, but my quilt wanted more red in it than the initial instructions contemplated. I had an extra shopping excursion, too!
