Join us on a TQS exclusive 12-month journey into the land of childhood memory with a charming quilt designed especially for TQS by internationally-known Australian designer Lynette Anderson. Lynette combines simple, unpretentious folk art style appliqué motifs with patchwork blocks for a quilt that will be lots of fun to make. Each month we will provide photos, detailed directions for a portion of the quilt, and full-size patterns. We will once again be offering monthly companion teaching videos as well. It all makes for a year of fun and learning!

twiglet OFFLINE Posts: 3849 Thank you received: 546	Pam I use it a lot and turn the stitch length up to 3 or so unless I'm doing a postcard and put it down to 2.5. Take it out of the box again and ignore the start up wiggle. It's just getting excited at the prospect of sewing.

Pemela OFFLINE Posts: 349 Thank you received: 130	Wendy that made me giggle..Bric a brac -ric rac, it is just a word. How are you doing with the BSR? I've put my BSR foot back in it's box but....I watched a TQS Libby Lehman show, Libby said that you should set the stitch length no longer than 1.5 when using the BSR and it should stop the little jump that the BSR makes when starting. I'm going to try that at a later date. Best Wishes Pam
