For the House on the Hill PANEL, it is 10" x 8". But the block size 7" x 7" would be WITHOUT the grass strip. If you consider the green strip to be part of the block, then yes, the block size is 7" x 8".

I am having problems with the House. Sometimes the measurements are given finished and sometimes unfinished. First Page Measurements say panel is 8"tall but block is only 7" tall. Does this not include the bottom green strip? Up till now everything has gone swimmingly. Some of us have to have things laid out very clearly.
