On the subject of Row Robins my group Worksworth quilters at last completed the rows and we had our bags of fabric and quilt tops back this week. What do you reckon? Some of the bags I received were like quite a challenge with the colour choices but I think in the end they all turned out great and everyone seemed pleased

. I loved mine I put in a layer cake of Kaffe Fassett fabrics and a length of black. Now how the heck do I quilt black fabric

When I went to look for the topic of Heather's row just now, I realized that I don't remember making Jennifer's row

hope to get both fixed and ready this weekend !
sorry for that Jennifer - apparently I hadn't realized it was June!

but to make it up to you, here a picture of my cousins very first quilt which I saw at an exhibition a couple of weeks ago.

I think she did a wonderful job - completely self designed - never a quilting class and only a few tips here and there...
she managed to turn her painting (one she did about 15 years ago) into a wonderful textile art piece that I would love to have hanging on my wall

Ditto! I did not jump ship. Haven't been very good at lending encouragement. That's suppose to be my job since I am not exchanging rows. Been up to my ears with the garden. I have completed a quilt top for Pulse in response to a call from the Orlando Modern Quilt Guild. Carry on. You are all so creative.

Looking forward to that, Marilyn, something colorful and fun , whatever takes your fancy will make me happy....

Been mainly lurking in the background, generally reading the notes on the emails and quickly stopping in when there's a picture or three to see...
