I am enjoying all the quilts on this conversation! Here is one of my baby quilts, for my grandson. In addition to his initial, it has his two brothers' initials, their cat, and their sisters named quilted on it. (You can't see it, don't look.) She died of SIDS at 9 weeks. As you can see, I like to experiment! The other brothers' quilts (another was born since) are on my profile.

Yesterday I took parts of it all apart, cut down 2 1/2" squares to 2 1/4" squares, resewed one heart and will do the same today for the other heart. But I will conquer this quilt!!!! See me roar! hahaha geneva

This is a nice thread.... Here's some baby quilts I made in 2013. One for Kameron a nephew and the other for Parker my grandson.

And this one was for a friend of my son's. This is easy. Using a charm pack of 5" square, put wonder under on the back of the squares, cut them into 2 1/2" squares, arrange the squares on a background, press, layer the quilt, then sew the squares down by quilting it.

This was a donation quilt but could be a nice baby quilt. Made with a charm pack.

I'm still working on the rainbow quilt. It was bad yesterday so I spent the afternoon punishing it while I read my book. So there!
