I used Jane Sassaman's Butterfly Garden Collection and I love it.

After starting the newest block I realized that I don't have a problem with color or pattern coordinating --my downfall is working with solid fabrics! Anyone else experience this problem?

Donna2018. Yes it is Applique. I had a hard time with my photo being clear so I am including a new one. Hopefully it will be better! I love your layout and blocks. It is stunning.

I love this setting, I may follow suit, but I have my print triangles around my blocks.. I need more white.. thanks for your post.

I would really like to see you put Dutchman’s Puzzle together. How do you use the method of creating flying geese on this one?

I need help and information on composition. When you are thinking about what fabrics and blocks to add to this quilt, what are you considering? What do I need to think about when trying to achieve continuity?

Shocked that Alex lead off with this post! I am a girl, Sandy Bell in Clearwater, FL. Just staying in sewing and avoiding the heat and COVID.

So far, so good. Having so much fun working with colors not in my wheelhouse.
