Me and my partner are confused about when we can send the miniquilt to each other. She has ended her quilt and I am still working. When is the dead line to send the quilts?
Thanks for answers.

I understand that we are not obliged to enter our quilts in the exhibition. But why shouldn't we? I think it is fun, especially for the european partners. I for my part haven't had any opportunity yet to present my work in an exhibiton overseas. So I am glad that my partner and I agreed to try.
Frankly speaking it is not clear for me as well. Are we obliged to submit our quilts to exhibition? Can we just skip exhibition and directly exchange quilts?

If you plan on submitting pictures of your quilt for the exhibition, the deadlines are different. By the end of March, pictures of your quilt and an entry free are required. Quilters will be notified if their quilt is accepted the end of APRIL. So, you'd want to hold on to that quilt at least til then if you submitted pictures for the exhibition. If your quilt is chosen for the exhibit, the company will send the quilt to the owner of the quilt the end of 2018. If your quilt was not accepted, though not stated in the guidelines that are found under the group page (see the link toward the top of this web page), I would assume your quilt could be sent to your partner at the beginning of May after you hear from the company.
