Sizing for pieces - problem with top oatmeal section

I've found out that the directions for the #15 oatmeal strip (3 1/2 by 19 in the instructions) seem to be 1/2 inch short.  When I lay it on the bottom house section, doesn't line up.

If you look at the bottom grass section that also aligns to the house unit, it is 3 1/2 by 19 1/2....

I HOPE that someone looks at this and corrects the pattern.

The oversized oatmeal strip is cut at 19". Once you have completed the block it will be trimmed down to 18 1/2" x 18 1/2". Check to see if you sewed the oatmeal strip in the correct position at the top of the block. That might make a difference with your final numbers.

Hi, This strip is cut oversize anyway, the house block is supposed to be 18 x 18 finished, so, measuring 18-1/2 x 18-1/2 from edge to edge, before adding the nine-patch border.
