I am working very diligently on step number 1. I am almost finished making 3.2 million half square triangles. I am working on this quilt as a lenders enders type project so that is why it is slow going. But I'm very excited. My colors are magenta and purple, with black and yellow. I'll post a picture when I have something to show. I've been working on several other quilt projects. Being retired is very nice!!
I wondered if anyone remembers the group STYX? I listened to them when I was young and still do when they come on the oldies station. I just heard their song "Grand Illusion". I thought these lyrics applied to us.

Rita, I have NO IDEA what I saw when I started this discussion! I was just muddling through. I tried clicking the camera when I made a comment in the Step 1 album, but there, it wouldn't let me add a picture to the comment although I was able to add to the album. I'm going to see if the little camera in this reply box lets me add a picture here. What a learning experience this is!
KalamaQuilts click on photo button on top right then you get to albums for this group. If you then click on upload photo tab on right it gives you the option of which album you add photos to. If you click on the camera above your comment it adds it to your post here not an album. Love your fabrics the black and white is fabulous.
