This wall art quilt was started in a seminar by Heidi Lund offered through the South Puget Sound American Sewing Guild. Heidi provided the applique petals and stem design and we were instructed to fuse them onto the fabric “as desired”. The fabric was then machine quilted with stabilizer and batting. I completed the quilt at home using silk floral petals, charms (4 fairies, 2 butterflies, and a frog, spider, lady bug, bird, turtle and hummingbird) and a lot of beads sewn on by hand.
