I'd like to take an extended workshop with Sue Spargo, also with Mary Lou Weidman, who stitch such appealing folk art. I was fortunate enough to attend Mary Ellen Hopkins' Neighborhhod Seminars in Indianapolis for several years. Mary Ellen (dec.2013) was in an incredibly talented, creative, charis matic teacher & author. From Wednesday to Sunday afternoon,to be in her company, & with other like-minded stitchers was so energizing & such fun.I would come home with about a million ideas for future projects.I have almost all of her books;& every one has sketches & notes stuck in between the pages.
