I won a Judy Niemyer paper piecing pattern at my first Quilting Safari 8 years ago from a tiny shop in Philomath, OR (when I first started quilting) and never had the confidence to try making it. I recently gave the pattern to my sister in trade for quilting my quilt. Sister had it pieced and quilted in no time. I may ask for the pattern back to give it a go. Furthermore: I have never taken a quilting class other than Mom and sister teaching me different techniques, so after watching almost every Quilt Roadies You Tube video, I've been inspired to try other mediums of quilting, Like Wool Applique, Cross Stitch (again) and now Spargoing (yes it's a Verb). Thank you, Anna & G for all your inspiration.

Terri has been my best friend since we were 9 years old. She was my first quilting teacher, my mentor in my journey the last 14 years, and is my travel partner as we explore our quilt life together. Well deserved recognition!
