			<description><![CDATA[At the very least, I put my initials and the date somewhere on the quilt top. I have found that you need to set the ink (of the Micron permanent marker) with a hot iron; otherwise, it fades to a sepia brown color when laundered.^ On the label, I write the design inspiration; for whom the quilt was intended,also where and when; and the quilter,if I didn't do that myself.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Interesting, I've always put my label on the lower left hand side back of the quilt. So when you look at the right side of the quilt you would flip up the lower right side to find the information. We just turned in our quilts for our annual show with those instructions.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Agreeing with Ruth, please also credit the pattern/designe r if it is not an original design. And perhaps consider editing the post to say "name of the quilter" rather than "name of the long arm quilter" which seems to perpetuate the myth that "quilting by check" is the most common, &/or best/only way to go. The current wording neglects an entire segment of quilters who quilt their own, either by hand, on their own domestic machine, or on their own long-arm.]]></description>
