Greetings, I am a quilt maker - recently been asked to stabilize a "Crazy Quilt". Had it appraised, by Beverly Dunivent, the value was set at $1,000.00 and it is in very good condition. It was never finished and all the edges remain without a binding. The top is not square. What fabric would your experts suggest I use to finish the quilt without devaluing it? Fabric in a few patches have become tattered and thread bare. I can send pictures. Thanks for you attention, Lynn Boettcher
